An ideal investment

Investing in student dormitories in the buzzing center of Nicosia is an excellent passive income venture due to the booming number of students coming to Cyprus every year. The aim of the project is to balance the gap between supply and demand in one of the leading educational centers of the Eastern Mediterranean.

CND shall offer for rent to students 400 states of the art rooms with net area ranging from 15 sq.m. to 23 sq.m., equipped with the latest technology.

Project Location

The project is in the North of Griva Digheni Ave. opposite the Hilton Park. It is the crossroads site and meeting place of the two main pedestrian routes of Engomi; The first pedestrian route originates from the area of the Cyprus State Fairs Authority, 1.5 Km to the South, and ends at the project area. The second originates from the traditional center of Engomi and also ends in the project area.

The two Universities located in the area have already established five schools near the project and are looking for additional locations for further expansion.

These schools are:

  • Architecture School
  • Medical School
  • IT Department
  • Languages School
  • Journalism School

According to the Nicosia local plan, the Universities can only expand in the future in the area to the North of the Griva Digheni Avenue (which is where the Project is located), as no further expansion is permitted in the area to the South of the Avenue, which has been earmarked for residential and compatible uses.

The area to the North of the Griva Digheni Avenue was earmarked in the Special Study for the Development of the Traditional Core area of Engomi as the Centre of new activities, including academic institutions, student residences, and all supporting activities.
